What it costs

One price. Whatever is live in Front Desk is included, and it only gets more valuable as more gets added.

Billed in your own currency. We invoice monthly, and you are told the exact amount before the first one goes out.

Questions people actually ask

Is there a contract?: No. It is month to month and you can cancel anytime. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
What does the setup fee cover?: Connecting your Google Business Profile, building your voice profile from your own past replies, and checking the first few drafts by hand before anything goes near your profile. Existing Tan & Fam clients and the first five new clients do not pay it.
Does the price go up later?: Not for existing Tan & Fam clients. That $149 rate is locked in for as long as you stay. Everyone else pays the rate they signed up at.
What if I have more than one location?: Each additional location is $99/month on top of your first. They all share one login, and the dashboard lets you switch between them.
Will anything post without me seeing it?: No. Every drafted reply and post waits for you to approve, edit, or reject it. If you would rather drafts send themselves after a set number of hours, you can turn that on per location in your settings, but it is off unless you choose it.
What happens to my profile if I cancel?: Nothing. It is your Google Business Profile, it stays yours, and everything already posted stays up. We just stop drafting.
