We draft replies to reviews on your Google Business Profile, and we draft posts for it. We put those drafts in front of you. When you approve one, we publish it to your profile on your behalf.

Nothing is published to your profile unless you approve it. If you would rather drafts publish themselves after a set number of hours without a response, you can switch that on per location in your settings. It is off unless you turn it on.

Once published, a reply or post is your business speaking. Read drafts before approving them.

Your Google Business Profile, its reviews, and everything published to it belong to you. We act on it with your permission and you can withdraw that at any time. Anything already published stays up, and you can edit or remove it yourself in Google.

You keep whatever rights you have in the text of approved replies and posts. We claim none.

Drafts are generated by an AI model working from your past replies and a written description of your voice. It can get things wrong. It can misread a review, or write something that does not fit. That is exactly why nothing publishes without your approval, and why you should read each draft.

We do not promise any particular ranking, rating, review volume, or business outcome. Nobody can.

Month to month. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. We invoice monthly at the rate on our pricing page, in your own currency, and you are told the exact amount before the first invoice.

If we ever change the price, we tell you first and it does not apply to the month you are already in. Existing Tan & Fam clients keep the rate they were given.

Tell us and we stop, at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part months. If we need to stop providing Front Desk to you, we will give you 30 days notice unless you are using it for something illegal or abusive, in which case we may stop immediately.

Front Desk depends on Google's API. If Google changes it, restricts it, or is down, parts of the service may not work until it is back. We will tell you when we know.

We provide the service with reasonable care but without any further guarantee. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the problem.

Tan & Fam Inc. is based in Ontario, Canada, and these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
